In plain English

"Why pay when there are free options?"

Fair question. There are free tools out there, and some of them might be all you need:

F.O.R.C.'s Free plan covers 1 site and 3 pieces of equipment, the same machine count as CheckBadges' free plan. Where we differ on paid plans is a flat price: up to 25 pieces of equipment at one site for $29/month, no matter how many operators. And it's built by someone who's done these inspections for 20 years and sat through the audits. Try it free on 3 pieces of equipment and decide for yourself.

FAQ

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. 1 site, 3 pieces of equipment, unlimited operators, records and CSV/PDF exports. No card, no trial clock.

Do I pay per operator?

No. Unlimited operators on every plan.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling stops future renewals. Paid access continues through the current billing period, and your existing records stay available to view and export.

What if I go over my equipment limit?

You can't add more equipment until you upgrade, but your existing records stay available.

Do I need to buy stickers?

No. Print them yourself for free. Mailed weatherproof packs are optional.

Does any plan guarantee OSHA compliance?

No. F.O.R.C. keeps the records; your team stays responsible for equipment, training, and safety decisions.
